101 Ways to Improve Your Life NOW!

I have always been interested in how to lead the happiest or best life. I’ve found that for me it comes through action which achieves my aims and most importantly satisfies my values. The longer I have been interested in self improvement, the more I’ve read and learned and the more I’ve tried to apply to my life. Sometimes I have succeeded and sometimes I have failed. But the important thing is- I’m still trying!

Presumably, so are you and that’s why you’re interested in this website, the podcast series and my latest book.

In the book I have tried to compile 101 actual physical or mental practises or actions which you can undertake immediately to improve your life. They have all either helped me or someone close to me and many are supported with empirical evidence. This list is not exhaustive. As I continue to read, listen and learn from books, podcasts, videos, life and other people there’ll be many more quick easy ways to change, develop and grow.

That is why I have begun a podcast series of the same name in order to elaborate on some of the points and report progress or alterations I would make.

I am also available for talks, seminars and presentations as well as one to one consultations. I have a formal coaching qualification and I am based in London.
